Our rapid prototyping
services center around the process of Fused Deposition Modeling, FDM. FDM
offers fantastic flexibility by first offering an ABS plastic model. This
model can be used "as is" or may be finished for the appearance of an
injection molded part. The FDM model may also be used as the master for
creating silicone rubber molding for urethane duplicates, or aluminum parts by
investment casting. In addition to traditional mechanical design/drafting
services, ProTECH can create solid and surface modeling included animation and
rendering. We can create a short film of your product and place it on various
formats before ever creating a single part!
